If you sell it, the chances are that the

Government contracts are not just for
large companies.
Federal agencies are required to target
small businesses.
The government has a large number of
programs which are designed to assist small
businesses get their fair share of contracts.
There is a lot to be gained from
government contracting but the procurement
process can be challenging as well as time
consuming if companies are not thorough.

If not, you can apply for one via the IRS
using Form SS-4

You will be asked for your NAICS (North
American Industry Classification) code which can

latter).

entered into the Central Contractor Registration
(CCR) database?
If you want to do business with the
federal government, you must register with CCR.

optional fields as this will help create a
